This DVD set is awesome!
 
In this day and age, we have access to tons of techniques and it seems like everyone is putting out instructionals and/or techniques online or on DVD. So, when you are looking for good instructional material you really need to find something special. Tim Lajcik has definitely put together a special set of instructionals.

Anyone can show a technique and regurgitate general information. However, very few people can precisely convey their knowledge of how, why, and when they do a specific technique as they are showing it. In fact, this is a rare find and it's probably the most important thing about a great instructor and specifically a great set of instructional DVD's.  In the end, without each piece of the puzzle you could be left with just a few pieces that don't really add up to anything. Thankfully, not only does Tim gives us the pieces of the puzzle on this DVD set, he even puts them together for us.

I cannot recommend Tim Lajcik's instructional set enough. It's a perfect MMA instructional set as well as a stand alone wrestling or boxing instructional set. He has a wealth of knowledge and competed at a very high level, but his greatest asset to us all is his amazing ability to convey his knowledge through this DVD set. I am truly thankful that he made this instructional set and that I was able to purchase it and make my game that much better.
